"I have included a piece of the chart so you have an idea of what to expect. The shop shows a model holding a framed picture of the item supposedly stitched, but if you look closely, you can see generic fabric texture without any real cross stitches—the image is digitally generated. When I downloaded the file, the pattern was so heavily pixelated that I had to wait for it to render, and the chart itself is full of unedited confetti. I requested a refund from the seller, which was denied, so I will be filing a case with Etsy
