Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all items are provided as an instant electronic download upon payment confirmation.

Refunds are possible only in the following cases:
- false payment, provided that the digital file was not downloaded by the buyer;
- double payment of the same order;
- technical error,
due to which the buyer did not get access to the purchased file.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 banking days using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
